Shaanxi Han Tang Stone Sculpture Museum:China's first non-state-owned museum of ancient stone carvings
The museum covers an area of nearly 1,400 square meters and has a collection of more than 400 cultural relics. Over 100 fine pieces from its collection dating from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties are on display. These exhibits are divided into three major categories: Buddhist cultural relics, tomb carvings, and other stone carvings.
The carving techniques include round carving, relief carving, openwork carving, bas-relief carving, and line carving. Some of the collections can be regarded as outstanding works in the ancient stone carving art, possessing high artistic value and academic research value.
Boxin provides customized display cases for the exhibition hall, allowing the exhibits to be presented in a more wonderful way and enabling people to experience the prosperity that emerged during the Han and Tang Dynasties.
